I've really been struggling with my irons lately, relying solely on driver and short game makes golf really really tough. What do you do with your upper and lower body gets out of sequence? Are there easy ways to "press reset" on swings? I'm a feel player and this bugs the heck out of me! Any tips would be appreciated!

Maybe start with shorter half shots to get the feel of everything being in sequence and just work your way up from there. Concentrate on the feel of everything working together and make sure that you don't rush the swing.

+1.

Or take full swings but at less than full speed, like half. Full swing 7-irons that go 80 yards or whatever.

I get this problem. I start powering from the floor up and it leads to early hip turn and 15 yard fades instead of 5 yard ones. Truthfully, I work on locking down that lower body and swinging completely from the upper body. When I swing through, then I let my legs move a bit. This will lead me to some pretty hard draws and hooks if I'm not careful about my setup but it sure helps mid round. After maybe 2 holes of this, I'd start trying to loosen up the bottom half and syncing it again.

This is also a problem with tempo. Make sure you get a good feel of a soft turn in your momentum at the top of your backswing transitioning to the downswing.
