Is there any way to ballpark your swing speed without using some kind of tech?

How far do you hit your driver if you hit it flush.

I'd also like to find out. If I hit my driver (10.5-deg, regular shaft, Proto By You) flush is will go 260 yards. My (stronger lofted 28-deg) 6i goes 164 yards.

As a driver is swung off a tee, but the irons off the deck, the swing speed for the irons tend to be slower than for the driver. Is there an "average drop" in swing speed from driver to irons? Or how is there a formula to calculate iron swing speed?

I guess if I get a hold of a drive, it'll go around 225-250. That's with a Nike Range ball though. Dunno about actually playing. Haven't had too many good drives on the course. =P

im guessin around 93-94 mph s.s with driver

I went to Dick's whenever I bought my new driver, and I hit for the computer and was hitting ball 265-280 +/- and was swinging around 105-108.

I would also like to know if there is another way to calculate it rather than using a computer to find out what my 16 year old brother is swinging. He has been hitting his Cobra driver with Stiff shaft close to 300 at times! He bombed one with a roll around 320 the other day! Needless to say, I was impressed and very glad he was on my scramble team at the same time.

id say low-mid 90's as well. but if there is a Dicks or a Golfsmith near you, you can find out for free
