Hi again,

My advice, buy the MX-200's. Ignore the blue if you need to (I like it, myself) or take it off like others have. Stick with the MX series, don't let the lower handicap players get you into a set of irons that don't match your playing habits. I have playing habits like yours. I'm considering at the MX-100, MX-200, Ping G-10 and Callaway X-22's. I've hit all of them and some others, these are the ones that made my short list. If you have yet to break 100, then buying the MX-200 (vs the MX-100) would be purchasing a higher level of club that'll allow you to progress. Basically, you wouldn't need more "players' irons until you took 20 strokes off your average score!

I totally agree with this. I don't know about the 57s but they really don't look much different than the 60s. I know that I am being punished right now and my worst days are 90 and my best are high 70s. You will be aware of your issues with a GI iron and the offset will be good and help you square the club face. My handicap has went up from an 8 to 9.7 in three revisions pretty much because of poor iron play. I am not saying it is just a change in my irons, but I do not know why you would put yourself through this if you aren't breaking 90.
