I run to the putting green, line up 3 balls - one from one foot, 4 feet, and 10 feet. I want the line to be slightly up hill and straight -

Cripe, I don't do that much when I get there early!!

HA! It seems much more involved in writing I will admit. It really takes me all of 3 minutes though when I've done it. It helps that the course I've done it on has the putting green about 20 yards from the first tee. I've actually hit the putts and chips while my foursome was waiting on the tee for the group ahead of us to clear out

I calm down and RELAX. Usually I have been speeding and stressing, then jamming shoes on, running to the clubhouse, etc. Being late is stressful, so the number one thing I can do is just take it easy before I swing.

On the way there I go through the whole course mentally. I basically try to get a mental feel.

A quote from Kris
...is that college bball really isn't "lower tier". The better teams have their rosters filled with guys who could play in the NBA. hell, guys used to come straight from high school to the NBA. I really don't think there's much of a difference skill-wise between the two.

I always stretch. Absolutely a must. And if I have a little time, I head to the putting green with 2 or 3 balls. I put them 2 feet from the hole and drain all of the putts. That helps me build confidence.

agreed with stretching, If i do nothing else I stretch, on the 1st tee while Im waiting.

I typically never practice before a round, esp if im doing 18. I like to keep my body fresh, I will chip/put before hand but thats it.
