a fade thats high, open face a lil move a little forward in stance and swing

If you have a more shallow swing that often produces a draw or hook you can try making your swing plane steeper and less from the inside...those 2 things together produce a nice high fade for me. Good Luck!

My 5 wood. Ball a little forward, stance slighly open. Face pointed at the target and the club path along my stance line. 180-190 yards, money! I LOVE this shot!!! I am working on hitting a 4-6 iron cut at the moment.

A high cut is my prefered shot shape for longer clubs like the 4i and hybrid. Its the most easy type of shot you can hit with those clubs, IMO. I just open my stance to target a little bit, and keep the face looking at the target. I make a normal swing from there. The downside is that you''ll probably lose about 10 yards of distance when you play this shot, so my effective range with a 4 iron is only about 185-190 yards.

With the shorter clubs, i just play my natural shot. No need to cut it unless i feel the need to hold it agaist a crosswind.

Do you weaken your grip when you hit the high cut? I pull the ball left at times when I try this shot, the dreaded double cross.

How do you show your clubs???

I just aim a little left of target and hold off my release a bit by squeezing my left hand a bit more. Very consistent shot that starts a little left of target, fades of to the right, and lands like a feather.
