Im looking to purchase some fairway woods at a reasonable price. Can any of you recommend me some good new or used models for me to look at?

What is your price range? I would say older woods on ebay from a trusted seller would be good. You won't find any older model counterfeits because people weren't counterfeiting clubs then

Wilson Pro Staff FyBrids. They go from 3W all the way to 5h I believe. I've seen them on sale from $56-80. Demoed and loved them, just haven't had the extra cash to purchase yet.

I always start by looking at RockBottomGolf.com. I have not had any bad dealings with them, either by online orders or at golf shows.

I love my sonartec 3 wood-I see them all the time used for between $50 and $75. I've never read or heard a bad thing about them, either.

I would take a look at Taylor Made V Steel on ebay. Great fairway woods and you can get them for less than $50 a piece (probably more like $25 or so)

My friend has got them, still solid clubs, especially for the money. You don't need top of the line stuff to hit a golf ball

i'd buy a used 3 wood at a golf shop somewhere. you can get them pretty cheap. my 3 wood cost 40 bucks. it's 10 years old of course, but i'm not on the tour so it really doesn't matter. besides, i can shoot par with it and hit it farther than 99% of the people i play with who've got all new stuff.

I played them for three years or so. You can still find them in the bags of a lot of tour players too. Just solid clubs.

I got the fairway x 2008 5 wood from callawaygolfpreowned.com. I love the club, and I got it in average condition. I was really suprised how clean and new the club looked. Not only will I not buy new clubs anymore, I'm not even going to buy used clubs in new condition.

That's a great deal. I read reviews where it compared them with Titleist 906 series fairway metals.
