I could not help it! New wedges and putter

I've been pondering it for some time, but finally pulled the trigger, made my wallet hurt.

Vokey Spin Milled 52º loft, 8º bounce, black nickel finish
Vokey Spin Milled 58º loft, 12º bounce, black nickel finish
Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2

I was considering Bettinardi, but have no chance of testing them, so I went with the Scotty, which I've tried god knows how many times on the local Pro Shop.
Wedges will replace a cheap 52º and a 56º CG12 DSG. I'll sell them to someone. Going from mallet to blade, looking forward to it.

I know they are overpriced, but what the hell...I've worked a lot lately, so I figured I'd treat myself something nice.

congrats, always nice to reward yourself after working hard might as well enjoy the money you've earned. I am actually in exactly the same predicament of wanting 2 vokey's and a scotty :P let me know how they play

I bet it did..lol. Im not particularly a fan of the SM vokeys with less than 58 loft, but i wish you many tap ins from using them.

I am thinking about get those Wedges too but I already have a 10 iron and a "W" with 50* loft. What should I get? Sorry ot hijack your thread.

Congrats on your new purchases. I've been eyeing the Newport 2 myself. It's pricey but I'm inching closer to just splurging. Thing is, I just changed the grip and shaft of my driver yesterday and that wasn't cheap (though I love it to bits).

Nice choices. I have a 58-12 Vokey and I love it. Great for anything right around the green and I've been loving it out of the sand too. Gets it up and out of the trap without flying the green.
