Finally was able to get out to the range to revamp my bag. Not much difference in distance with my hybrids and woods. Carry distances:

Driver - 230-240 yards
3 Wood - 220-230 yards
18* Hybrid - 210-220 (graphite shaft)
19* Hybrid - 200-210 (graphite shaft)
23* Hybrid - 180-190 (steel shaft)

I don't see the necessity to carry my driver and 3 wood if I can hit 210-220 with the 18*. The 18* is so much more consistent than the driver or the 3 wood. Are any of you having similar distance gaps between your clubs?

whoa whoa, don't get rid of that driver. You're gonna be yearning for it sooner than you know. You could get away without that 3 wood if you don't really care or aren't confident to put that distance into your game. Maybe it's not a reliable shot for you, ok, drop it, but I'd say hold that driver. 30 yards more could get you a new angle, and for most people, that's 3 clubs less hitting into greens.

I'm already asking someone on WRX to look for a Adams Idea Pro Gold 16* at their local GG. If he can get it for me then I am definitely dropping the fairway since the hybrid is so easy to hit.
