I recently bought a itsy bitsy spider off rock bottom and after only using it twice a piece of the yellow paint chipped off the club face. Has anyone else had this problem and is it really worth it to pursue getting it replaced? I contacted Taylor made and they said to take it to a dealer and have them try and resolve it. I don't want to try and get a replacement if the new one is just going to have the same problem. Also the paint on the emblem on the club face is showing evidence that it too will chip off.

ideas/advice?

I've never had this problem with my gigantor Spider. If you're not satisfied, take it somewhere. They're supposed to be good at customer service.

It's not so much as being un satisfied, I love the putter, guess I am just wondering if this is something I should really be concerned about or if I should just let it go and enjoy the putter

Call Taylormade again and tell them you want too send it back to them and they will replace it.
