I finally got rid of it! I would normally get a 10-12 on the 11th hole at Southampton CC in Southampton, Massachusetts, but I finally parred it last week! I realize that this is no great accomplishment, but it feels great. What did I do differently? I played smart for a change. Nothing harder than playing against your own stupid tendencies, but I finally succumbed to common sense. I am sure I would score much better if I was a little less stupid a bit more often!

Driver: Titleist TSR1 9*

5 Wood: Titleist TSR1 18* @ 17.25*

4 Hybrid: Titleist TSR1 20*

5 Hybrid: Titleist TSR1 23*

Irons: Mizuno JPX900 5-P 24* - 45*

Wedges: Vokey SM8 50.12F, 56.14F, 60.14K

Putter: Scotty Cameron Super Select Newport 2

Most certainly one way to quickly lower your scores if you are a high handicapper - stop trying to be a hero.

      I never heard dislike for them.  From my perspective, they are just like any other club. Though, they were always probably over-priced, until recently as other club manufacturers have been raising prices the past 5+ years. You had to wait for them to go on sale, which you can get them closer to other club manufacturers.  They sell good clubs. Nothing crazy..

      Why do so many people dislike PXG clubs and constantly criticize them? All the folks at my club and especially online, I never hear good things about them except from people who bought them and defend them. They look fine to me but curious is there some sort of quality issue or is it just stereotyping the buyers.

      I have the LM1 launch monitor and I’ve been very impressed. I agree with your assessment and it’s very accurate for me and ease of use is wonderful. The price point of $199 is very hard to beat with this form factor and performance. I was previously using a PRGR.
