This is driving me crazy, had the same problem with r7 HT. when i 1st bought my 983k i was averaging 260 in winter, and then i started heeling almost every drive which produces a weak fade that goes about 245 in summer. Looking at the ballmarks on the clubface they're all on or around the heel. Hit my irons solid, center of the clubface everytime. Im not standing to close to the ball because i've got to the point where i stand so far away im reaching and i'll still heel it. Only other thing i can think of is the ball is to far up in my stance? Any input would be appreciated.

Sounds like you've just started coming over the top. It could be a setup thing, so you'll want to check your posture and arm alignment too.

However, assuming all that looks ok, try to practice hitting huge sweeping hooks with your driver. Set up with your stance closed and take the club back inside the line and try to hit a draw. Hit a few like that to get the feeling of striking the ball from the inside and then after a little while, you can go back to your normal swing.
