Quick question about lag, you're supposed to have it on irons as well right?

In the carry bag:

Except for your putter. I doubt you want to try and create lag to hit it 50+ yards

Driver: Cobra Speed Pro S X/10.5*
3W: TaylorMade Rescue
Irons: Adams Ovation 3 (4-LW)
Putter: Ping Zing 2i
Ball: Noodle + Long & SoftGlove: FootJoy SofJoyShoes: FootJoy GreenJoyShort term goals:Break 92 for 18 holesShoot 5 pars or better in one round.

You don't want your hands behind the putter head when you are putter because then you are going to hit up on the ball and top it.

The definition of lag is basically the hands leading the club head to the ball so basically yes you do want a tiny amount of lag when putting. You don't want very much at all, but you definitely don't want to not have it. Try putting by bending your left wrist to reach impact and you will understand why.

My mistake then. My understanding of lag was a bit different from what it actually is.
