Game is coming together

I posted the other day about the R9 460 I had purchased, well after today I gotta say some weird things are going on with my game. Since using this club I have been hitting fairways on almost every hole, I have been plagued with a bad slice for years and it seems to have disappeared since getting this club.

Here is the weird part. I feel a huge difference in my swing when using all my clubs, I have been making contact like I never have before and have been hitting greens like a pro (you know what I mean). I have been dropping strokes in the double digits and feel like I am playing a whole new game. Another weird thing is I even tried putting the club in the Neutral position and am still hitting the ball fairly straight (still slicing but in no way as bad as before).

The only thing I can think of is that this club has boosted my confidence and has helped me in my mental game. I hope this makes sense and I hope this continues.

First of all, good for you, enjoy it. I'm a high 'capper, but I've known the feeling a few times I think it has to do with making a good aggressive swing, not trying to "steer" the ball, and getting proper release through the ball. This would apply across the board.
