Just getting both of my Vokey wedges and hitting many different balls with them, I noticed the amount of spin between balls varies quite a bit... I just cleaned out my bag, but the ProVs and the Titleist professionals seemed to get the most action... I am new to spinning the ball, and never really payed much attention to it before, but these clubs really bring out the spin in my shot. I'd like to get better control of it.

Whats the difference between ProV1's, ProV1x's, and Professionals anyway!?

Try the Hogan Apex Tours. If you want a ball that spins then this is for you. Im so much more aggressive on my chips now, swinging a little bit faster and getting them to the hole and then they just die.

I personally think major league backspin is overrated. Some of the best moves I've ever put on a ball with a wedge ended up negated because it'd back up too much, away from my target. I like the high ball flight that good spin produces, but I'm a big fan of the "drop and stop" action on the greens with full wedge shots.

Ditto. That's why I use the Pro V1x. I don't enjoy sucking 7-irons back 30 feet off greens.

I've played the majority of the premium balls, and have found that ProV1 spins the most. Which, as a few have already mentioned, isn't always the best thing. I prefer to play the ProVx or the newer Callaway HX Tour. Have yet to try the TaylorMade balls yet...
