I've been playing around, and I realized I can't feel my body coiling or having any resistance at all. I normally just have to swing with my arms, which I know isn't a good thing. But I've tried taking the club lower to the ground, winding up more, but I'm not sure what I'm doing? I can't feel anything on my right leg, and when people have to release their left leg when they are older, I don't even feel the need to move my legs at all, but in my backswing I just fall to the right. Should I just wind up in the position on setup? Or should I wind into my right leg? I don't know what to do?

I need tips please!

Make sure your weight doesn't get on the outside of your right foot on the backswing. Weight should stay on the INSIDE of your right foot on the backswing.

You should be able to feel the inside of both of your thighs coiling(the muscles stretching). If not you might have too much hip rotation on the backswing. Is your right foot perpendicular to the target? You should be able to feel your back muscles coiling too. If you can't feel that you're just not getting enough shoulder turn.

This is a really good training video. It gives you exactly the feeling you want when making a golf shot.
