Drills / Practice - 100 yards in

shot my first 80s round last weekend, had been doing pretty well and then on Saturday I backed it up with my first 100 round in quite a while (101).

My biggest problem was my approach shots. I either hit them on line, but 15 yards short of the green, or Id hit pin high, but off line on left or right of the green.

Lately, It seems like I only average about 2 GIR per round. So I know I need practice on my approach shots.

any ideas/tips/drills?

Really, the only way to practice them is to go to the range and practice them. I'd suggest getting a range finder or something to confirm distances as most of the flags are marked wrong on most ranges. Just don't go out and beat a bucket of balls into the range though. You need to get a routine and stick with it and use it on every shot on the range and course.
