So I was bored the other night, searching around eBay and looking at the Nike Dymo's and Titleist D2's. Put a couple on my watch list. Thought about it for a while and placed a bid on an auction for a Dymo 9.5* stiff flex driver & Dymo 15* stiff flex 3-wood. Yep, ended up winning them ($250 for both) when I really didn't need them but it will give me an excuse to hit a stiff shaft (Been using a reg. for a couple years). I really wanted the D2 but I have always been a fan of what Nike puts out there so I know I will like them.

In my bag:
Driver: Sumo SQ 9.5* (SQ DyMo 9.5*...coming soon)
3W: Deep Red 15* (SQ DyMo 15*...coming soon)
Irons 3-P: AP2
Wedges : 52*, 56*, 60* SV TourFlat Stick: White Hot XG #1/ g5i Craz-e (...leaving soon)Ball: Z-URC

I have been using the Dymo Squared driver for a good few weeks now and I really like it. They are a ridiculous length though, 45.75 inches, so unless you are tall, you might want to cut it down a little.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.

I agree ebay is the devil. I'd probably have investments and a portfolio if it wasn't for ebay.

god i hear ya
i was hitting my driver like sh*t, lost all confidence in it

took a couple days off, bought a brand new FT-3 thinking it was the answer
meanwhile, changed the shaft in my 907 D2, choked up 1" on the driver, bucket of balls and problem is fixed
actually...i am hitting the driver better than i have all year

now i have this damn FT-3 just sitting here......

Damn, don't like to hear that. I'm not tall by any means.

I'm a newbie to golf, and my first driver (just arrived today!) is the Sumo SQ 5000 10.5*. I'm going to be very curious to see how quickly I can learn to control the ball with it. But my question - while you are upgrading to the DyMo, how was your game with your older Sumo SQ? Also, as you got the 9.5, I'm curious how much overall difference there is hitting 9.5 vs 10.5? The different degrees aspect of clubs I'm not fully familiar with as of yet.

Many of the newer drivers are like this. Don't sweat it....try it out a good bit first. You may love it.
