my uncle gave me some old callaway s2h2 cavity irons #3-#9, he hasnt played golf in forever and he doesnt remember when he got them. my question to u guys is, is it ok to play with these irons or are they some old school classics that i should put in a case. i tried looking up online and cant find the particular ones he gave me? thanks

Found some more info. Made from 1988 to 1994. Google them and you'll find reviews and such.

I'm hitting an S2H2 3-wood in my bag. Most consistent wood/hybrid I have going for me so it isnt going anywhere. As a previous poster said, hit them and enjoy!

i had a set of s2h2 irons back in the day and they were without a doubt the most favorite set of irons i've ever had. they were stolen out of my car, along with my car, and i couldn't find a new set. play them. you may really enjoy them.

oh, as for my car, it was found empty in the middle of downtown with a flat tire and 32 parking tickets on it two weeks later. i asked the police if the 32nd ticket was top level indicator of a problem or just the dead givaway. what morons.

32? I would've expected a tow at least by the 10th. Wow.

Hey, I’ve been using my s2h2 irons for 20 years! I’ve gone through a couple shaft replacements (steel) along with countless grip replacements. I just haven’t found a club I like better.

Driver: Ping K15 10°, Mitsubishi Diamana Blueboard 63g Stiff
Fairway 4-wood: TaylorMade RocketBallz Tour TP 17.5°, Matrix Ozik TP7HD S shaft

Hybrids: Callaway Diablo Edge 3H-4H, Aldila DVS Stiff
