Day 458 - 2026-01-01 Hit about 60 balls over 2.5 hours. Mostly still backswing, did a little downswing rehearsal stuff. With, obviously, some downswings, but they were not great. Soon. -
Day 142 1-1 Same as yesterday. No full swings during practice. Arching wrist on downswing and reconnecting arm. Extended pause at top. Realizing i have to overdo the arch in lead wrist to get ball to go anywhere left. -

Day 13 - 2026-01-01 15 minutes of net work with 7 iron focused on trail hip and hands. Happy new year y'all. -
