Narrowed down my new iron set to 2 choices....Need help!

So Im looking at the specs of these 2 irons and the CCI's have much less offset than the MP57's......

Does less offset have anything to do with forgiveness? I dont think so but thought I'd ask.

Probably much easier to work the ball with the CCI with such little offset..

offset is designed to help square the face at impact so less offset=more workable i mean look at blades hardly any offset.

the cci's a very nice. Ive heard alot of good things about the MP-57s. Whatever you think is best for you. If you cant decide, like it was mentioned, which one is the better value in the end then.

thanks guys! Does anyone by chance know if there is weight in that insert in the CCI forged iron?

I know its made to dampen vibration but is there weight in it? If there is I would imagine its a bit more forgiving due to having some weight down at the bottom??

Went and hit em again and golfsmith and used mostly 3 irons and was striping them both... I was hoping I'd hit one badly and it would make my decision!! Oh well..... The misses feel similar and the sweet spots feel similar as well....

Im a little concerned about the sole of the cci, the 6 iron is much thinner than the 6 iron on the 57...... Im not much of a digger, more like a picker, but this is one thin sole...

Should picking an ideal set of irons really be this difficult??

Difficult?? Come on man, it's fun!!!

Look at it this way - you seem to have had a great experience hitting both irons, and it sounds like both will work well for you, so you should be able to rest easy knowing that you wont make a bad decision either way. Go to sleep, and the first one you think about when you wake up should be the one you choose!

If the Nikes are cheaper, they feel just as good as the Mizunos, look good to you, and don't require any customizing once you get them, then it sounds like you should get them.

This would be the best deal for you: Save up some more money and get the new Mizuno m58. They are even better feeling than the 57's and the nike cci's. I think it would definitely be worth it to save up some more money and get the 58's. That's what I would do.
