I hit some drives on a simulator today, and my path is slightly outside-in and making contact toward the heel of the club. I've been hitting my irons well lately, but hybrid, 3-wood, and Driver are pretty bad right now. I've been missing both ways.

So, is the OTT move causing heel contact? And what can I do to fix these issues? Thanks.

Outside to in typically would cause toe contact. Swinging too inside to out is what classically causes a heel or hosel rocket.

Difficult to give you a solution without video.

Try the following: Maintain your address head height throughout the swing. Dipping of the head and body at impact can cause heel/hosel shots.
