Very Inaccurate and Very Poor Experience

Bought the product and had the absolute worst experience with their sales manager Andy Allen at Accusport trying to buy the product, no return calls after repeated tries, they email only. We explained the product was for our family of 6 to enjoy and improve our game, again only through email. I thought it was weird they couldn't call considering it was $3500+ package. Finally got the product and it was terribly sporadic with readings. Tried to work with customer support 3 times including the weekend, no luck and had to take advantage of the 30 day return policy posted on their site for the product, cant afford to have that kind of money in a box. So, very graciously expressed the product wanst working for us, doesnt catch slow swing speeds (kids) and wanted to return. The water got even colder and we received a NO RETURNS. The sales manager Andy Allen at Accusport said no and couldnt get any return emails from any of the sr management. We had to fight with them all the way to the president and through our Credit Card company who went to the site, saw the 30 day policy and refunded us. Only after then did they say ok and charged us 5%. We knew they would but its a lot to pay to try a product, it seems a little steep almost $300 including ship.

They took a full 7 days and an angry email to get them to do the actual refund after they received it in their facility. My opinion, stay away. We took the highroad all the way hoping someone would see the insanity until the last email from us and we simply said they were the worst experience we had ever had. Still no more contact from them. Hope this saves another golfer and thank whoever has this site because it makes it a wonderful place to share some of these experiences.

Hi Plum crazy, I'm curious. Had you ever seen this product in use before you purchased it? By that I mean had you used it in a store or course or fitting session? A professional level fitting analysis tool for $3500 seems to me to be a serious purchase.

It ain't bragging if you can do it.

Admittedly no, I had not used the Vector before and used this site and a bunch of others to do the research ahead of time. We were adding it to our or honestly my “golf cave”, a converted attic in the house. I have a PSProSwing and its great but doesn’t give trajectory because it cant measure ball spin and so on. I use a Trackman with my lessons at my course and couldn’t imagine it too tough. So, without one around me, I made the purchase because of their return policy backing me up and it was a mistake.
It certainly could have been me, but if was my error, I think we could have solved it when I called Tech support, I had sent them all the diagnostics they requested and they didn’t seem alarmed by the setup. They took photo attachments that come out of the unit and no change. Two big issues I found, slow speed did not register properly or at all. Second, consistency and accuracy. I would be in a session with the p3pro, my driver speed is 109-112 and ball speed in the 155-162 range giving 260-275. The vector at times has the swing speed the same with distance of 100yrds because it cannot capture the photo of the ball to measure spin properly. Another example, my 7iron club speed is 85-87 avg and ball speed 126-129 resulting in 165 avg but the vector pro had me at 200yrds with similar speeds because it couldn’t measure spin properly, had it from -100 all the way to 15,000 for the 7iron.

Oh, and the setup, it captured clearly both balls in the window and line perfectly. I went through 8 new PRO-V;s making sure it was capturing properly.

We wanted or I did :>) something over the winter to help with trajectory, spin, and that’s something the P3Pro doesn’t have, and this didn’t either.
