Imagine Golfing on December 27th, in Upstate NY, no snow and about 40 - 45 degrees ... of course today it is snowing.

I got to regrip my old Spalding's which I love dearly. A bag of a zillion tee's...and the total support of my wife to play golf till it pour out of my ears!
My kids gave me books to read when I can't play golf. (Golf stories, and other topics )
Two dozen golf balls...(cheaper one's)

It was a golf xmas - no doubt.

I got NBA Live '10 for xbox. That game freakin rules. I barley put it down over the weekend.

Got a new table top hockey game... the rod hockey type... girlfriend got it for me... she heard me mention how much fun I used to have as a kid playing it and ordered one online... really cool... I told her two boys that there was no way they could beat me at that game... they decided they would play as a team and I would play against them... beat them 9-1 ... the look on their faces was priceless, like, how did this old guy beat us at this game?... I just told them this was what we did before video games... they want a rematch

They would wipe the floor with me if we played a video game

      This isn't going to show you lateral dispersion at all. It's basically just a radar (for speed) launch monitor. It doesn't measure spin or anything like that. Not even launch direction.

      PGA Tour Makes Sweeping Changes Starting in 2028

      Interesting changes. The idea of relegation and promotion have always been there in a different form (getting and losing your card etc and qualifying for bigger events) but it looks like they want to define it better for top tier events. The Tour has always had A and B level events (and even lower). It will be interesting what they choose as the Challenger Series events and whether some tournaments go to the Challenger Series that used to be prestigious. Not sure how the networks will take to this knowing they have “Challenger” Series events defined that way now. Also, I’m not happy that John Henry and Theo Epstein are involved. Look what Henry has done to the Red Sox.
