What's up everyone I played right after I ate yesterday and felt horrible. My stomach felt so tight it was hard to turn and i was fading every club in my bag with the exception of my putter. Has anyone else had this experience or and i just a wierdo?

You probably need to not eat an entire side of beef for lunch if you were so full you couldn't move

haha, i actually didn't have the much. i just felt like i couldn't get a full turn on either side and I got fatigued much much sooner than normal. I don't know it was probably just an odd situation

That can often happen when you don't have a good breakfast then eat a decent size lunch. It's also key to make sure you are properly hydrated, eating essentially dehydrates you.

Try eating a breakfast that's higher ratio of proteins to carbs. The protein will provide a longer stready supply of enegery while carbs provide a quicker burst of energy. Then for lunch try to be alittle more balanced and always make sure you stay hydrated. This goes for both cold and hot weather conditions.

alright, i'll try that. i've had this happen multiple times but unfortunantly this time it was right after breakfeast. I do admit it was a rather unhealthy one but thanks for the info on the lunch issue

Anytime! My cycling coach always yelled at me for not eating properly and especially for not drinking enough water throughout the day.

Let us know if that helps
