i think being a manager one must be above all a psychologist. he must be able to get the best out of all his players. kenny's body of work in his playing career automatically grants him respect from the players. we have won some big games this year, and the more we win the bigger the snowball gets. suarez is a really good player, but i think we need a striker like drogba and a legitimate successor to stevie g to push us over the top. i thought aquilani would have become that heir apparent, but he didn't prove up to the challenge. i think stevie has three years left of top form, and we need to be finding his supplement right now.
