There is a used set of these irons on eBay going quite cheap with only 1 day left in auction, has anyone any experience with these irons? I am considering putting a bid on them

I tried them and liked them, but I tend to like most Cleveland equipment. I've attached a review I found on the net.

A friend of mine received these as a gift from his in-laws and he likes them, they're apparently pretty forgiving.

In the blue Colts bag:

they're quite forgiving, even the reds. I liked hitting them but just couldn't pull the trigger...dunno why just a feeling lol. somewhere journey is playing

Never played the Slingshots. Have you considered the Wilson Staff CI line? Your namesake won a Major using the CI7s, which are forgiving enough that even I can hit them! They are very cheap right now. I bought a new set, 4-GW for about $200 US on eBay.

      Day 159 1-19 Flow drill while attempting to add arch in wrist on downswing. Not where it needs to be but felt good working on swing flow.

      Day 1 (19 Jan 26) - after a week lay-off due to travels, felt great to get in some drills in the backyard today.  Started with lead arm only short pitches focused on squared face and light divot post ball.  Haven’t done this in a while and it showed, with some skulls and slices.  Settled into easy flighted balls - wrapped up with standard two handed swings.  Good restart to the daily drills.

      That depends what you do within those two.  Are they your only options?   Check out Fit for Golf if you get a moment.  It's linked on the sidebar;  I did it for two years, stopped for a really bad reason, and I plan to get back to it soon.   Mike Carroll also has a great free podcast about a lot of topics in golf fitness.

      Day 30 - 2026-01-19 Got 10 minutes in on the mat / net working on exagerrating movements I'm working on. And grip. Also worked with my friendly AI to summarize key negative tendencies I have so that I can build a personal checklist to follow. Will do more mirror work tonight.
