I have had an established handicap index with GHIN for about 10 years now. I know that on the GHIN.com handicap lookup you can view your most recent 20 scores and also see your handicap index history over the last 15 revisions (back to May '09 I think). So I was wondering, is it possible to trace my handicap index history back even further than that and possibly even see my posted scores all the way back to when I set up my handicap 10 years ago?

I would think (hope) that when a score is wiped out from your most recent 20 it doesn't just disappear, and the information is stored somewhere.

Thanks for any help.

This is another reason why I don't like the new GHIN system that the VSGA switched to. Under the old system, I could see several years worth of monthly indexes. I liked that I could see my progression (or lack thereof). I can't find anywhere to see further back than the last 12 updates (6 months).

I use GHIN along with another service that tracks more in depth stats for this reason.

I have searched all over the place and can't seem to find a way to view the prior history past the limited amount they give you. My last resort may be to send the GHIN or NJSGA an email asking about it. Not expecting a good answer from them though. I started tracking my stats this past summer and if I keep up with it I should have a good progression of scores in the future (hopefully not backwards). I have been at a steady handicap for awhile now, but I wanted to look at old scores to see if I have become more or less consistent and figure out how to improve.

I'm the handicap chairman at my club. There is an internet access version of GHIN that I can use to run reports. I can get scores for my club that go back to June 2008. See your handicap chairman or contact the golf association that issues your index.

Ok thanks. Last night I did send the NJSGA (which does the GHIN for New Jersey) an email on this, so I'll let you guys know what they say if they get back to me. When the weather gets better I may see the handicap chairman at my club too to see what he says.
