Ive heard some golfers talking about golf shafts that have a good feel. Graphite Design describes their shafts to have a good feel. To be honest, I've tried some expensive shafts such as Matrix Ozik and Fujikura Rombax, I just don't feel the difference with less pricey shafts such as Aldila NV.

What is exactly the feel that they have ? Can you describe it ?

It's very subjective. I think most companies trying to create good "feel" are making a shaft where you feel some of the kick on the downswing, hard to describe.

For me personally, I just love the way Proforce V2 feels, but a LOT of people think these are boardy, no feel shafts. I also love the Axivcore Red, it just has the perfectly timed kick at the bottom of the backswing, and feels great when I waggle it. On the flipside, I don't like shafts that are softer in the butt section, they feel loose to me. There's no right or wrong.

I demoed UST Proforce V2, yes, it does feel boardy. Some golfers I know describe the shaft as "stud shaft".

If you wanna have that extra kick feel, any shaft with a low kickpoint will have that.

I can't way what's intended by advertisements, but I'd consider a shaft to have good feel if I can swing from 50% to 100% and still have the ball start on the intended target line.
