If I get permission from the course to play 2 balls, and I play them both as legit rounds, not practice rounds.

Can I enter both scores in for handicap purposes? Or should I not enter either of them?

Driver - c3 bullet 10.5 degree

Neither, according to the USGA posting policy. Neither counts as a legitimate round under the rules.

By strict rules of golf, only one ball can be played per hole, unless lost or damaged. Playing another ball is considered a provisional and one or the other must be chosed, the 2nd being stroke and distance (for purposes of out of bounds or lost ball)

For me, handicap should be calculated on the rules of golf, one ball per hole.
