It's not your computer or anything you might have done. My speeds are also back to normal after many very long and painful months.

Sounds reasonable...interesting that my route to the site would have remained the same almost daily for about four months; I would have thought the internet would have had me bouncing all over at different times; no doubt my understanding of how it works is lacking!
