Hitting Driver off the heel

So i took the new driver to the range today, and i was hitting EVERYTHING off the heel, and when id back up ( which felt really weird, as it was much futher standing away than the old driver) it would be a slice. Any tips?

ARe you using a stock shaft? I am curious because the driver might have a longer shaft put. I would have it measured, if its above a 45, then that might cause you to be hitting it on the heel

no same length shaft, i was going to put that in the OP but i figured people would assume im not retarded and automatically eliminate that persumption. thanks, for trying to help though.

I hit off the heel especially when I try to overswing.

Usually choking down on the grip helps me out. I need to get my driver shaft cut down.
