Just wanted to thank all of you for the tips after I posted my swing video. I have widened my stance slightly and now take a slower/smoother back swing with my left arm straighter (less overswing). These things are probably a good part of the reason I shot 74 (+10 par 64) and was driving the ball 260+ yards today.

Now my question is about how you all approach gaps between your wedges...

I do not have a wedge for between my PW (47*) and 56*. So I found myself swinging harder with my 56* rather than easier with my PW. I was hitting the PW around 130-135 and the 56* from 80-100 on full swings. Would I be better off getting a gap wedge to make the 56* more consistent or will that come with practice? And If I get a gap wedge...a 52* or 54*?

Thanks for any thoughts. O and for those of you who asked before, the Giga Golf 56* wedge is very nice.

Between my PW, 52*, 56*, 60*, I have most distances covered.

Agree w/above. A 52 would split your gap well.

I carry a 47, 52, 56 and 60 which suits my game well. A player looking to keep several fairway woods and hybrids might consider 47, 54 and 58 to free up a club.

Yeah I believe I will be adding a 52*. I did carry a 60* but I feel like it is unnecessary since I got my 56*

Really? I definitely need my 60 handy. If i had to lose one, I'd personally drop the 56 and stick with 52 and 60.

I'd say if you wanted to free up a club, going with 54* and 60* isn't a bad idea either and one that a lot of people I know go by.

Golfro is a 6 HDCP, while tws1098 and I are above 20. Like tws, I found I don't need a 60* with the 56*. LW has always been a good shot | terrible shot club for me. 56* is more reliable, gets me out of bunkers and delivers a greenside pop-and-stop when needed.
