Hey guys,
I am all new the these forums but not to the game. I played about 4 years back and have a pretty good swing and good contact, but need a little forgiveness on some shots. I am thinking of game improvement irons or something along those lines and have a budget of about 400-450 for the iron sets.

Sets I am looking at are:
1. Taylormade Burner Plus
2. Cleveland CG Gold
3. Callaway X18 and 20's

I am leaning more towards the Burner Plus irons. I like the look and when I walked up and grabbed one off the rack they just felt right. After hitting those and the regular Burner irons I felt sold.. Anyone try these also?

For the driver I already know I am going to get the Taylormade Burner 09, I love it.

Obviously, hit 'em first if you can, even just on a simulator to see how they feel. I like the CG Golds best of that bunch.

I got the golds, they are nice and forgiving. Worth the money as long as you dont spend too much for them, there is no doubt you can find a set for $350 or less new.
