Any Redskin Fans Here???

Sorry, Packers grab my attention right now. The "skins" are likable and wish them well. Vikings and Bears --well that's another issue.

In all seriousness though, this division is greatness. I actually think the Skins and Cowboys take #1 and #2 but that's a bit of an upset for sure.

I'm a newly converted Redskins fan. I go to school in DC, and had to stop supporting the Bills for various reasons. Maybe I'm not a true fan, but I've liked and supported some of the players for a while.

As long as it's not the Eagles! Lol I cherish the fact they can't win the big one. I guess I could live with the Skins or Giants getting one (though not here in Dallas pleeeeease!!!) Skins > Giants if I had to pick, just because I hate Eli's guts, but I know I should hate the Redskins more.

I'm a Redskins fan and have been since the early 70's (when I was about 5 years old).

I like the way we cleaned house this year. We did a good job with the draft. Bringing in McNabb was a good move. I like JC but it was time for him to move on. I know better than to get all excited and boast about what we may or may not win but I'm looking forward to the season and seeing if the changes translate to wins.

Is there any way to fix the title of this thread and put the 's' in Redskins?

It's always nice hearing from other Redskins fans and I hate the Cowboys and Giants and their fans (when it comes to football anyway)!

It was a good trade. JC is a servicable QB but he's just not quick enough (release, feet, decision making) to be an elite QB. We don't have a youngster ready to take over. So we need a QB that can help us win more now until we find someone to groom for the future. McNabb always killed the Redskins so haivng him play with us keeps me from being pissed twice a year at him having his best games against us.

I sure did. I knew JC was not going to be the guy for this year, but when I heard they got McNabb from our division arch rival I about had a heart attack. While many of my friends say it's a great move, I know he gets hurt often and I don't think he has many good years in him left. I hope he proves me wrong for my teams sake but man I was not expecting that.

NFL Network showed one of my fave Redskin games yesterday. I'm not exactly a Skins fan, so this game involved a miss of a chip shot field goal in addition to one of your CB's having an int ripped from his hands and returned for a TD....but alas, I think the McNabb move will pay real dividends

The Skins are my second favorate team. I think Donovan was a good pick up providing he stays healthy, and the offensive line will have to step up this year to ensure this. The O line sucked last year. The defense is pretty decent, but its not looking good when Albert Haynesworth......... the hundred million dollar baby refuse to show up for a mandatory mini camp because he doesnt like the 3-4 defensive scheme. Geeees....... he's getting a 100 mill? What a waste of money on this clown. He's crying to the press about wanting to be traded now.

I couldn't agree more. I'm glad that old Vinny is replaced by Allen. Between Synder and Vinny they really screwed the team and the players by letting the AH's of the world think they could dictate the best O / D for the team. I can see Haynesworth's side because he was sold on the 4-3 and told that was it. Now Mike comes in and changes it....

I'm a little old fashion so my next statement shouldn't surprise anyone: Albert.... shut the heck up and play a role... your going to win more games uner Allen and Shanahan than you ever would have with Cerato and Zorn. Do you want $$$ or wins? No one remembers $$$!
