I was told I was standard for length and lie and should be playing a stiff steel shaft. I just scored a used set of MP58s today and am wondering if I should be going though a fitting again because they are slightly shorter than my last set and it is hard to tell if the lie has changed due to a few rounds of use? Approximately how much does tis process cost if adjustments are necessary?

Well, length involves either lengthening the shaft or putting completely new shafts in, or cutting it if it should be shorter.

Loft and lie are easy adjustments and are rarely more than $5/club, if that. Most stores won't adjust loft or lie on a cast club, but that doesn't matter for your case (MP-58s are forged).

That is what I was looking for. Thanks.
