Just wondering if anybody has used these wedges. They have them on Rockbottomgolf.com right now for 69.99 for the gap, sand, and lob wedge. Any info would be appreciated.

Yep, I've owned/played with a bunch of wedges during the last year and a half-Vokeys, Callaway X-Forged, Mizunos, PING iWedges, MacGregor MT Pro DW, and Adams Tom Watson Classic/PVD. My signature changes around frequently, but you can see that I've currently got two of the Adams TW wedges in my bag right now. I think they're great.

I picked up the lob at GolfSmith not too long ago for something like $30. It isn't bad, especially for the price point.

Solid wedges, great for anyone who hits basic wedge shots without extreme opening up of face or other super unusual angles.

I considered them, but the Watson 52* GW was too much loft difference from my 45* PW. Also, I got a steal on my X-Forged ($40 slightly used).

i have a 60* that my buddy gave me that i use for practicing in my yard and at the range and chipping greens. (i just leave it in my 4runner, along with a 6 iron, for those days i feel like hitting the range after work)

its actually a great wedge, it feels a bit harsher than my vokey 60* but i can basically hit the same shots with it. the chrome finish is surprisingly durable, i've probably hit it 2000 times and it's still fairly shiny with just a small dull area on the face.

I have the 56* SW and I like it. I won't lie to you, I have not tried anything else so I probably don't know if I am missing anything, but it's pretty good for the money.
I am getting a 60* MPT10 this summer. Can't wait!!

I just picked up the sand wedge (56/12) for $30 at Golf Galaxy ($50 retail - $10 gift card - $10 coupon). I get to try it out tomorrow, but for $30 I'm happy.

    • Day 34 (14 Dec 25) - Got outside for a few moments to work on bump and runs with the 4h (again using the exaggerated weight shift reminder of the left (lead) heel). Finding that it helps keep the downswing arc extended.

    • I am currently playing a Cobra Ltdx LS 9 degree driver and Cobra Ltdx LS FW3. Both with Tensei White stock stiff shafts and original weights of 12g (heel) and 3g (toe). My miss is usually a pull fade or sometimes a slice, swing is out to in. Driver swing speed about 112 mph. Grips are stock regular. Intended change: Driver: Switching to Tensei White x-flex one inch shorter which I suppose would be 44,5? Changing heel weight to 18g. Changing grip to Golf Pride Z-grip cord midsize. Change hosel setting to standard draw. FW3: Changing heel weight to 16g (apparently not available in FW weights, but supposed to be something called "internal weight" a club builder can add which fits between the weight and the screw?). Change grip to Golf Pride Z-grip cord midsize. Changing hosel setting to standard +1. The goal is to 1) get better grip since I tend so lose grip in warm and moist conditions with the current grips and 2) mitigate the misses to start more straight with less side spin. Also considering adding the Cobra Ltdx LS FW5 instead of my old Taylormade R9 and getting 14g heel and 6g toe weights with the same grip as the others and hosel setting standard +1.   All of the above is based on conversations with ChatGPT and, as everyone knows, it can come up with pretty much whatever but I spent a few hours asking about different perspectives etc and this was the recommendation. So, my question is basically, does it make any sense?   Thanks.
