My Swing (Frito)

Swingin a 7 iron here and i allway seem to hit it off center or fat (when contact is made it vibrates the club) i can't seem to get distance. any help would be apprecitated thx in advance for any help or tips on what i should be doing instead thx.

Related to moparman's comment, it looks like you're guiding your swing with you arms and shoulders. For me at least, the sliding your hips thing comes naturally if your keep your shoulders, arms, and wrists totally totally relaxed, and use you hips and mid torso to whip your arms and thus club-head through the slot. Though obviously the stabilizing muscles in your shoulders and arms will be doing some work to keep the club head coming down along the plane you want, it should FEEL like they're doing literally nothing. Your first move on the downswing is to use your shoulders and arms to try to push/muscle the club where you want it. You basically need to do the exact opposite.
