And water hazards are pretty much a non-entity. The ball just walks right over them.

The Catholic Golf League makes you take at least 1 stroke worse on every hole, because you probably cheated somewhere (including thinking about cheating) and are lying about it. And if you didn't cheat it's only because you were too lazy to do it.

If I played in the Memphis area more, I would join at some point.

And I did have a ball walk (skip 3 times, actually) across water and come out of the other side of the.

EDIT: Looks like they play at Chickasaw. That's my home course!

The club selection of a true hacker:

      Great year last year. Who winning this year could be another special story? Brooks? Spieth? Or Aberg? An AM? I dont know if anything could top last year

      I love Rancho Park too!  I don't get out there much due to the 405 issues (Im in Santa Clarita) but I do try and get out there every now and then...last time out was in January where I eagled 17 (left green) with a holed 145 yard third shot ! Rancho is a great course! And at 24 bucks weekday with the city card, an absolute steal!

      I have played PGA West, at least one or two courses in there, but I am not sure if I've played any of the courses used to host the Hope. I played a course that I think both isn't PGA West and is host to the Hope a few years ago, possibly at a TST outing, but I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the right one. I have played Rancho Park plenty of times (exactly half of my sub-80 rounds were there!) and Wilson/Harding.  Rancho Park might be my favorite golf course among those I've played more than a half dozen times.   Hopefully I'll get a chance to play TPC Scottsdale, maybe this August or September, and at some point I think there was a PGA Tour event in Las Vegas, I should get up there and play those course(s).
