All,

I have a question about the weight of a golf bag. I normally walk & push my bag using my clic-gear. I currently have a Ogio stand bag. I do not know the exact weight..but I just ordered a Callaway x-treme 14 bag because I wanted a bag with 14 dividers and a putter well. It weighs 9lbs...do you all think this will be too heavy to use with my clic-gear?

thanks, J

Personally I don't think you'll be able to tell much of a difference with a 3 wheel push cart unless you walk a pretty hilly course, and then you might feel it on the uphills. But let us know what it feels like after you do it!

I have read a lot of reviews in Golf Digest about 4 and 5lb bags. But I don't think it will matter with a push cart.

All,

Wow nine pounds, not my idea of a carry bag, are you sure that this is not more of a cart bag that could be carried? at that weight I believe it might be a struggle on some steep hills. I live in a farly hilly town and that is one of the reasons I switched back to a carry bag, I just found it easier to handle on hilly terrain. Not so much hard work, but just awkward.
