I need an idea for straightening my carry bag leg.

As stated in another thread, one of my bag's stand legs was bent when some bozo ran over it at the GC today. It has about a 45° bend in the leg about 6-8 inches up. My only idea so far is using an arrow straightener but the leg is bigger than arrow's diameter and I don't own an arrow straightener so I am not sure if it will work. If any one else has had experience with this please let me know.

It happened to a Callaway Warbird bag I used to have. I was able to pull the leg out and put it in a vice and just bend it back. I'm guessing you've thought of that though.

It happened to a Callaway Warbird bag I used to have. I was able to pull the leg out and put it in a vice and just bend it back. I'm guessing you've thought of that though.

I am concerned that it might crack and from what I see, it is installed with fasteners that once removed they will have to be replaced with new ones. I will probably try the arrow deal and the vise is a close second...unless someone knows of a tool specific to this issue.

If it does break, just have a shop weld it. They won't charge much.

Not so sure that is the look I am going for with my new bag.
