Yeah that is just stupid. How are you going to hit down on the ball swinging like that? The motion foward is what creates what I call the dynamic hitting position (I just made that up). I thought the position he was saying not to be in reminded me of alot of good players at impact where there head is back hips driving foward and jumping at the same time hitting the snot out of the ball.

When the guy in that video demonstrates what he believes is wrong, he actually does get into a decent hip position. Kind of ironic.
