Have been working on curing my flip and its been much better thanks to Manzella and the sand trap guys. Now have noticed that I am pulling shots with my driver, am I turning my shoulders too fast? Really working on getting to my left side more now, and don't really have the problem with irons, only the big stick. Thanks!

I was having the same problem a few weeks ago. Very frustrating. Here is what I did to fix it, assuming your alighnment is correct:
1. Purposely take the club back down the target line for the first 6-8" (imagine your are dragging it over a dollar bill). Half way back you want to be sure the head of the club is in line with your hands and not behind them if looking down the target line.
2. This is important; be sure to get a full 90* turn. Feel your back to the target.
3. At the top of your backswing check to make sure your left wrist is flat (right handed) and left arm fairly straight.
4. Start your downswing with a hip bump toward the target line while bringing your right elbow down to your side.
5. Rotate your body thought the shot, keeping your hands in front of your chest until well past impact.
6. Get a full balanced finish with your chest toward the target.

This will help get that inside to outside swing without over rotating.

I played yesterday using this technique and only missed two fairways and they were just barely off (I think I got too hot and exhausted toward the end in the 100*+ temp here in Dallas).

Also slow down the swing

Are these straight pulls or do they have spin? It's a pull, so we know your club face is closed (to the target) at impact. If it's a straight "dead pull," then your swing path is also closed and square to the club face. That is the usual signature of an over-the-top swing (and you'd likely have a pull-fade when you miss). If it's got spin on it, then a pull draw would indicate you've got an in-to-out (or square to target) path, while a pull-fade or slice would indicate an even more out to in swing, again probably over-the-top.

I'd guess that the driver's longer shaft and resultant flatter swing plane is getting you to swing too much "around" while with the steeper plane for your irons you're able to come "through" (i.e., inside-to-out) a bit better. Of course, I've probably got these problems worse than you do, so I'm not going to try to advise you on how to fix them, but those are my stabs at the explanation...
