Getting clubs for brother

I need help on which set of clubs to get my brother. He is just starting out he's 6'3 and needs some extra shaft length. I'm looking to spend $300 for a complete set. ( new)

I was looking at the:
Tour Edge Reaction Full Set

Wilson Men's Pro Staff Full Set

Which one should i get, or is there something cheaper that would be better?

You get get a full set on gigagolf.com or pinemeadow for about that price and they are really nice clubs. I tried clubs from both sites and I like them a lot (I am not golf club expert but a lot of people like them)

It will be a little more then $300 but I would do something like this

Pick up a gap wedge and sand wedge of these - $30 each , http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/puresp...eel-wedge.html

Then get him a cheap $15 putter to start with. For about $385 he has a very solid starting set of clubs, if you want skip the wedges for now or just get one of them

I like that idea of piecing together the set. The only problem would be the extra shaft length. On those websites they don't offer extra shaft lengths?
