How many tees?

So I was checkin out Trump's golfcourse (online ofcourse) and noticed that the holes have 5 different tees . What's the max amount of tees one on a hole?

I don't think there is a rule that governs the amount of tees any individual hole can have. Most big time resort courses have 5 sets of tees. The course by me calls them, Forward, resort, back, championship, and professional. I have heard them called womens, seniors, tour, etc. Anyway, it just gives a lot more options to the player. One of the courses I once played the starter made you show a handicap card of 5 or less in order to play from the far back tees. Not a bad idea.

I also noticed on that Trump course they got a different par for men and women, does that happen a lot too?

I've noticed that a lot of the courses that have, or want to have PGA tour events held at them, have 4 or 5 tee areas. Forward, Resort, Mens, Championship, Tour. (Could be off on the names but it's something like that).

now a days, with courses getting longer and longer, courses need to be long to make tour stops competative.

As for the different pars, not sure what it's all about, I've seen some of the courses here in hawaii have that, Must be some type of length thing with a par 5 mens ending up a par 4 ladies hole.

I have seen it quite often. For example, there is a hole at a resort near me where the men play from a tee box that requires a 200 yd carry over a quarry. There is no place forward of that to place another tee box until you cross the quarry. Consequently, it is a par 5 from the championship and regular men's tees, a par 4 from the senior's and ladie's tees.

I have seen another course where the men play from behind a pond as a long par 4 and the ladie's play from just behind the pond as a par 5.
