Ok. So I'm fighting a slice again.
wedges-9i go straight. 8-5iron fade a little
4 iron fades a lot
woods and driver slice progressively more.

When I get set up with what I think are straight feet I slice. If I pull my back foot further from the ball I tend to hit them straighter.
I've also noticed when I set up now (I've been messing with my swing) the heel is in good contact with the turf but the toe is pointed way up and seems to be very far from the turf.

Do you think the way I set up now and having the toe way up could be why my slicing came back? The thing is the drivers slicing too.
Im on my way to a lesson too so noone needs point out that obvious improvement plan.

You are swinging over the top, probably due to a poor pivot/shoulder turn/stack/whatever you call it. When you pull your back foot away, you are promoting more of an in to out swing path, which would help to straighten your swing out. Make sure on your shoulder turn you are getting your weight shifted properly.
