Just wondering if anyone is using or has tried John Letters of Scotland equipment - clubs or balls?
It's not a brand I'm familiar with, but there are some very good deals on for their stuff at the moment (dozen balls discounted to one third original price etc). I thought I'd try them out but keen to hear anyone else's experiences with the brand first.
From their website it appears to have once been a very prominent brand. Perhaps it got left behind in the technology stakes in more recent times?

My brother used to have a full set of JL clubs, talking around 15 years ago mind.
Think JL have recently come back into club making.
They were good quallity clubs.

About 15 years ago I played a very nice set of John Letters, called Trilogy .... it was like a combo set, 3-5 cavity, 6-8 players cavity and 9-SW classic blades.
