I've thought about preloading my weight to the left, either at setup or during my backswing.  Basically this would eliminate the transition and may be a source of timing issue.  Jeff Richmond, I think, has a course on this and claims Hogan did this after his accident.  I see he has an update to his original book, but I'm assuming he stills advocates getting your weight on the left side, pressured in left foot, during the backswing not in transition.  My only thought about this is that it may allow easy timing of your right side bend too.  Once you've got the weight on the left, dropping your elbow and right shoulder into right side bend should be golden.  I want to try this today when I play, but it seems to make sense in my mind.  BTW, right side bend is my new critical move...I played for 40 years without knowing about it, but I think it's the source of consistency and power in the golf swing when executed properly
