Hey from Texas!

My name is Jay, 36 yrs old, and I'm a golf addict. I've been golfing since I was a teen, quit for a few years, had a Harley accident in 2008 (on April Fool's Day!) , and am currently making a comeback. I have a plate and 8 screws in my right arm close to the elbow, and a plate and 10 screws in my collar bone. These are not excuses, just facts. I'm proud that after a lot of hard work learning to use my arm again, I'm now shooting in the low 80's and currently seeking out all options of equipment, swing changes, etc. that will help me break into the 70's....hoping to find good advice to assist with this from you good peoples! Welcome to the forum. You will certainly learn many useful things here. Sorry to hear about your accident. I gave up my last bike (Triumph Bonneville) because I was worried about having an accident which would cause me to miss golf time. I decided to sell it and rededicate myself to my golf game and that's when I joined this forum; very similar to what you are doing now.
