Anyone else peeved by this? To me there's nothing better than watching sports live and seeing history unfold as it happens...Usually when something's tape delayed I go ahead and *Spoil* it by reading the results online or something

But I guess the best way to approach it is to turn of my PC and just watch, huh? But...is there going to be an online stream somewhere, like the BBC with the British Open? That'd be...nice.

On the flip side this is only for NBC's coverage on Saturday, and we do get a full 10 hours (8am to 6pm). What sucks is that there's another solid slate of college football games, more specifically the Red River Shootout !!

No, not peeved. I'd rather not get up at 3 am(est) to watch them tee off at 8am(their time). I can stay away from the computer and tv.

Oh and there is no suspense to the red river shootout after that embarrasing loss by Texas.

You know, even if it was live, I bet most people would tape it and it would be a sort of home made tape delay anyways. What's the penetration of DVRs in homes with cable? I thought I read somewhere 60%?
