Good Looking GI Irons

Agree with others that have said that what the ball looks like in the air is more important than what the clubs look like in your bag.
The nicest looking GI clubs I've seen are the MacGregor M565s, hard to find these days. I have the 9 iron, sweet feel and forgiving.

X-forged I consider to be a more of a player's irons like the Titleist AP2's and MP-58's.

They may not be a Ultra Game Improvement set like Ping, but they are definitely GI irons. My buddy has a set that i've hit many times, and they are night and day compared to the Nike/Miura Tour MBs i just picked up.

i dont know if i'd call them GI Irons but they're definitely much more forgiving than a lot of other irons i've hit.

Well you can't compare them to musclebacks since X-forged are cavity backs. I just categorize some of the not as forgiving cavity backs as players iron and some of the more forgiving irons as GI irons.

Players CB Irons: AP2, MP52/58, X-forged, and Ping S56/57 are a few to name. Game Improvement Irons: Wilson Ci7/9, Diablo Edge, Mizuno MX, Nike Machspeed, and Ben Hogan Apex Edge.
